Subscriptions and billing
ItemShot Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store. For cancellation, renewal, refund, or payment questions, use your Apple account subscription settings or App Store support.
Privacy questions
Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@itemshot.app. Photos are processed on device and are not uploaded to ItemShot servers.
When contacting support
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send private product photos unless you intentionally want support to inspect that image.
