These terms apply to ItemShot: Product Photos. Use the app responsibly and only with content you have the right to edit and publish.

Your photos and listings
You are responsible for your products, photos, listing content, marketplace rules and the claims you make when publishing images. ItemShot prepares images; it does not publish or approve listings.
Subscriptions
Pro purchases, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and account management are handled by Apple through the App Store. The price, billing period and any eligible trial appear before purchase.
Availability and results
ItemShot is provided as-is. Cutout quality varies with the photo, lighting, edges and device. Compression cannot guarantee every requested file size. Features may change as the product evolves.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Photos are processed on device and are not uploaded to ItemShot servers.
Apple’s standard terms
Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store distribution. Apple’s required terms take precedence where Apple requires this.
