Terms of Use

These Terms apply to your use of ItemShot: Product Photos. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only with photos and content you have the right to edit and publish.

Product photos

ItemShot helps create cleaner product photos for listings. You are responsible for the products, photos, listing content, marketplace compliance, and any claims you make when publishing exported images.

Subscriptions

ItemShot Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple using StoreKit. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account management are handled by Apple and the App Store.

Availability and results

ItemShot is provided as-is. Cutout quality can vary depending on the source photo, lighting, product edges, and device capabilities. We may update, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. The core privacy promise is that photos are processed on device and are not uploaded to ItemShot servers.

Apple standard terms

For App Store distribution, Apple's standard licensed application terms may also apply. If there is a conflict, Apple's required terms apply where required by Apple.
